Our team recently built this new commercial office space in Rosemont, Illinois. We made sure this building was provided with spacious rooms for full functionality. It has 32 heated interior parking spaces along with 305 spaces on the parking deck. The building also has 132 parking spaces surrounding the building, enough for all the employees and visitors going in and out of the office. 

This is the only office building that has a zen garden and a fitness center that provides yoga. Giving you time to relax on work breaks. It is in a great location, just a few minutes from the airport and a 20 min drive to downtown Chicago. There are plenty of close restaurants surrounding the office you can try out if you wanted a break from the new cafe inside.
